@PsychopathicKnees I eat a mostly raw diet, so I absolutely never count calories. The best diet is one that includes whole organic plant-based foods as the primary source of nutrition.
@cutie6697 Any exercise routines you do, you gotta also focus on your diet as well. Some people eat 4 small meals daily, while other’s eat 6 Small meals.
@cutie6697 All exercise burns calories, so yes, you can lose weight with this video… these exercises combine cardio and strength training to burn calories more efficiently than lifting weights or doing cardio alone.

@97irishchick Cellulite is basically determined by genetics. It’s the way your body decides to distribute fat. To reduce the appearance of cellulite you have to reduce your percentage of body fat overall. There’s no way to reduce fat in one particular part of the body, also known as “spot reducing”. A combination of fat burning cardio & strength training (like the exercises in this video) will reduce the amount of cellulite on the butt and thighs over time. I actually had a lot after pregnancy.
